What Data Would Be Eligible
Future findings may use only reviewed, approved, anonymized review records.
Eligible data would need to remove or suppress:
- Name.
- Email.
- Phone.
- Address.
- Employer.
- Carrier policy number.
- Free-text details that identify a person.
- Rare combinations that could identify a person when joined together.
Minimum Publication Bar
No findings should publish until the reviewed dataset meets a documented minimum sample size.
The exact threshold belongs in the approved methodology before the first report ships. A template page cannot invent that number.
Suppression Rules
Future tables should suppress small cells, rare combinations, and categories that could identify a reader, customer, carrier relationship, producer, or household.
Suppression should happen before writing the narrative, not after the draft already has a convenient number in it.
Review Gates
Before publication, a findings report needs:
- Privacy review.
- Legal review.
- Compliance review.
- Editorial review.
- Methodology sign-off.
- Source-data retention decision.
- Date-stamped update policy.
